The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

•        A minimum of 5 years experience working in a litigation practice
•        Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
•        Proven experience and aptitude dealing with civil litigation issues (drafting pleadings and court documents, advising on points of law and practice and appearing as an advocate)
•        Possess the ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and strong technical, managerial and computer skills
•        Good interpersonal skills and the ability and willingness to work as a team member
•        Have superior problem-solving, organizational, drafting and research skills
•        Be eligible for call to the Bermuda bar
